Hi! I’m a painter seeking a studio space in and around Boerum Hill, DUMBO, Cobble Hill, Red Hook, and surrounding areas. I live in Boerum Hill and would love to be able to walk to my studio. I’m looking for a special space to work preferably with a lot of natural light (open to unique spaces and locations, small out buildings, carriage houses, lofts, or other unique spots with bathroom and sink access). I keep pretty regular and normal hours, 10a-7p M-F. Looking for 300+ sqft. I can provide references if necessary. Please feel free to reach out if this sounds like a space you might have! Thank you!
