Positive Parenting Classes - Ages 3 to 5. Research-based parenting information to support parents and caregivers Positive Parenting Classes - Ages 3 to 5 ​Positive Parenting classes are offered through a collaboration with the Purdue Extension. Class focuses on communication, valuing emotions, tantrums, discipline & praise, and school readiness/social interaction. Everyone is welcome to attend this class however, the free gift is only available to eligible participants. One gift per family, per class. Participants attending the class to earn training credit hours are not eligible for the gift incentive. *ELIGIBILITY Requirements: Must be the primary caregiver of a child between the ages 3 to 5.Daycare providers and others who are attending the class for training credit are not eligible for the gift card. Foster parents and professionals tracking hours for credentialing purposes will receive a training certificate upon request.Incentives for this program are provided by local grant funds and as such are limited to Indiana residents. Check out additional resources in your state here!Participant must attend entirety of class and respond to survey at the end of class. Incentive and resource materials will be provided at the end of class.
