Positive Parenting Classes - Birth to age 2Positive Parenting classes are offered through a collaboration with the Purdue Extension. Class focuses on managing some of the more stressful moments of parenting; crying, tantrums, social & emotional expectations, age-appropriate development, discipline with positive reinforcement, and caregiver self-care.
Everyone is welcome to attend this class however, the free video baby monitor will only be given to eligible participants. One per family, per class.
*ELIGIBILITY Requirements:
Must be the primary caregiver of a child between the ages of birth through 2, or be an expectant parent.Daycare providers and others who are attending the class for training credit are not eligible for the gift card. Foster parents and professionals tracking hours for credentialing purposes will receive a training certificate upon request.Incentives for this program are provided by local grant funds and as such are limited to Indiana residents. Check out additional resources in your state here!Participant must attend entirety of class and respond to survey at the end of class.*Participants attending the class to earn training credits are not eligible for the gift incentive.
