Looking for a care provider for my father

Hello Bend community. I am in need of a care provider for my 73 old father. I'm looking for part time approx. 10 hours a week. I'm hoping for 2 hour shifts. I'm flexible. About him; 73 year old retired man. Served in the US navy. He also worked for the same company for 38 years until retirement. He has 4 adult children. One who lives locally and with him. I'm trying to move out in this horrible market. In the mean time I am unable to be his sole provider of care. He will be leaving to assisted living hopefully in the next few weeks. His choice. Until then he is unable to be on his feet do to his lack of strength. I'm getting a wheel chair tomorrow as well as a commode. His needs will be- Assistance from the couch to the commode and changing bag. Emptying his urinal. Making him a sandwich for lunch with fruit. Laundry Sweeping & mopping Preparing dinner for reheating options later. This is not all expected to be done in one day or two hour shift. His needs are basic as far as just needing assistance to get to and from his couch to his commode. Feeding him and watering him😊 and cleaning up his accidents. We have home health care come in once a week for his bathing needs. Simply someone to keep him company and ensure his basic needs are met daily. Experience preferred with references.
