Found dog in trotwood on grand ave

Address is dayton but it's in Trotwood. Around grand avenue. Extremely friendly. Was chasing kids down the street to play and their bch of a mom chased it away like it was a mastiff about to rip the kids apart and almost hit her with a van. Brought the dog home for it's safety. Will be taking it tomorrow to check for a chip but wanted to start reaching out. If anyone in the area is missing a small female dog, send a picture of her and I will confirm rather I have her or not and either have you pick her up or bring her to you. I will NOT give the dog to any random person.
