Join us for an hour long mid-week retreat. This regular offering will be a chance to connect, reflect and deepen your self-care practice.
Please bring a blanket or yoga mat, a journal and something write with, and whatever else you need to be comfortable outdoors.
In case of inclement weather, in-person retreats will be held virtually which will be communicated by 8am day-of.
We ask that anyone who is not fully vaccinated please wear a mask and maintain 6-feet from other participants while attending the retreat.
