I have a 1 year old mix dog I'd like to rehome. I took her in 2 weeks ago and she's not the right fit for our farm. Callie is wonderful with kids, plays well with other dogs, unsure how she is with cats. Callie is not spayed but has had her shots. She has shown some food/toy aggression while figuring out the home but it has gotten better. Callie hasn't been able to be let off the leash much because she hasn't learned to come when she calls all the time. I think she would do best with a fenced in yard or someone who has a dog run or the time to work on recall. She absolutely loves to be outside but a leashed dog doesn't work for our farm. Callie has a lot of energy, crate & house trained. Strong on a leash. Will kiss you to death. We been working on her jumping with excitement (a water spray bottle works amazing). She really is a sweet dog and with direction, will make a very loyal, loving girl. Oh and she LOVES car rides.. she settles right in,, looks out the windows then falls asleep..
