Looking for small dog

I lost my dog of 13 years, Gibson, in 2017. I'm now ready for my next pup. I would really like to stick with something small; chihuahua, dachshund size. And I'd prefer to rescue one that's in need of a loving home. I do not need any specific age and they do not need to be full blood anything. I just found out I may not be able to have kids, so I just want a new baby to love. They will only need to be okay with my cat. (She was declawed by her previous owner. Rescued her as well. ❤)
