Kathy’s Green Clean is a small cleaning business servicing the East Valley with green-friendly house cleaning. We have been providing a healthier and more environmentally responsible house cleaning experience for our clients for the last three years. Business has been great, and we are looking for at least one additional part-time cleaner to join the team in the Southeast valley for 25 - 35 hours per week. Interested Candidates must be able to: Clean thoroughly using KGC approved techniques and products (All cleaning tools and supplies will be provided) Have an excellent eye for detail, being able to finish each job to our high standards quickly and completely Be extremely reliable and prompt - Showing up on schedule and on-time is critical to our reputation and yours Access to reliable transportation - capable of carrying a vacuum cleaner, stepladder, and a large bag of supplies Travel to the Southeast valley focusing on Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, Queen Creek Access a smart phone (iPhone or Android) to track jobs, take photos, and communicate progress Speak fluent English, and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner Work without direct supervision after 2 weeks of side-by-side training Availability for 25 – 35 hours per week, hours may vary between 8am and 5pm M-F. Optional evening or weekend hours may be offered occasionally If you are interested in fewer hours, there may be an opportunity for an additional candidate if you are flexible with weekend or evening work ( 10 - 20 hours). Pass a background check Payrate $14.00 - $17.00 / hour depending on experience. You keep your tips and you are paid for travel time between clients. We pay our team weekly by direct deposit, so you get your money faster. Candidates with limited experience may be offered a position at a slightly lower rate during a 4 - 6 week training period.
