compensation: $22 per hour We are a very small property management company in San Francisco. We are looking for someone who has a truck, likes to fix and repair common household properties, move furnitire and enjoys doing it! Your primary role is to look on facebook or craigslist for free or cheap furniture, we provide you with the money and you go pick it up and deliver it to our storage. When a tenant is moving in, you deliver it to the tenant! your other responsibility include common household repairs like clogged toilet, painting the wall, changing locks on doors, general cleaning, general fixing of broken furniture etc and other related jobs Being able to lift and move furniture 50 pounds or more by yourself or with limited help We are looking for a hard working person, that is serious about growing within the company! young people with proven experienced are welcome to apply! A retired or semi-retired person is great too! any body with experience should apply! As long as you have a positive attitude and is self-motivated you should apply! Maintenance tasks performed: ● Household repairs ● Landscape maintenance ● Lock changes ● Painting ● Pickups and Deliveries ● Other related tasks Other tasks Requirements Must Be fluent and Speak English Must Have a truck Must be able and comfortable to use facebook, craigslist and OfferUp to find free or cheap furniture, pick it up and deliver it (We pay for the furniture) Valid Drivers license with good driving record No mileage reimbursement No overtime We pay cash/venmo/cashapp every Sunday after your shift $22 an hour Saturday and Sunday only for now 10am-6pm Possible evening work available To Apply, Must have a truck email me with a short description about yourself, your experience and your availability.
