We have a small property management company and we are looking to add to our team.
Looking for an experienced handyman to work in Boynton Beach/Boca/Lake Worth areas
Looking for one very responsible person, the jobs range from pool pumps to painting to lawn work and basic construction and demo.
3-4 days per weeek, 4-6 hours per day depending on whats needed and weather, etc.
Jobs to be done:
painting
pool cleaning (equip. provided)
demolition
sprinkler work
basic repairs
minor electrical
basic construction
Its full property management
Se habla espanol.
No hacks please.
You must have your own truck and tools.
You must be on time
your wife cannot sit in the car
your dog cannot come with you
no smoking and you cannot play cruddy music, just looking for someone to work and get paid.
Prefer a serious and responsible guy.
We've had some odd balls off the site but still are sure there professional people looking for work
