I need someone to help me with minor jobs in Delray, both in the house and the yard. Yard: weeding, pruning, and mulching. House: minor repairs, no special skills needed. You will start at $12 and we shall renegotiate up to $15 after 3 visits. If you can only do either yard or handy work, it is okay too (with both, you will have more hours). References are helpful.
