handyman needed

I own some rentals and airbnb's, and I need a handyman for various and ongoing jobs, including: yard work and light landscaping wood work, deck building, fencing flooring drywall painting pouring concrete electric (lighting / switches / outlets) light plumbing (sink, faucet, fixture installation and repair) occasionally, larger projects where I will be directly involved and I need help. This is a part time gig with irregular demand. For example, right now I have 1200 sqft of vinyl flooring to install in a rental, painting the walls in the same unit, and a drywall patch (6 ft by 6 ft) in a bathroom, with texture and paint. But some weeks there will be no work. Please respond with an introduction, your hourly rate (I pay by the hour, and I buy the materials.), and a few photos of your work.
