Rehoming Cat ASAP

Hello, My wife and I are trying to rehome Oreo, our fully declawed and neutered cat about 2.5 years of age for a small rehoming fee. My wife and I got him as a kitten (who was already declawed and neutered), but ever since, we've had nothing but problems. He had a really bad allergy reaction to either a flea bite or a mite bite, started rashing and losing patches of hair. We took him to the vet and got him treated (costed over $500), he recovered a-okay. Then when we were painting our house, he licked a bunch paint from the walls and got sick again, this time he had issues with his stomach and liver, took him to the vet and got him treated (costed over $1,200), again, he recovered a-okay. Now, a couple weeks ago, he started peeing with blood in his urine. We took him to the vet (which costed us $650) and the vet said it's because he's stressed... We have no idea what’s stressing him out, our guess is that it has something to do with us being in between homes/jobs and living out of an RV. We love him, he's a super sweet cuddly cat, but we just don't have the funds to take care of him anymore. We really don't want to put him down, so our other option is to rehome him to people that will love him and get him the treatment he deserves, as much as it hurts us to let him go. We have paperwork of his current shots, a bunch of the medical records, his pain meds, a collar, a carrying bag, his shampoo, a bag of food, and whatever else we have for him.
