Woman in White Sedan Picked Up Our Dog

We lost our dog Cress yesterday in the Monterey Vista neighborhood. A resident on Via Guayuba saw a woman in a white, maybe Nissan sedan pick up Cress last night on Mar Vista Drive. I am absolutely beside myself. I hope they are just waiting until tomorrow to call the shelters. She is a sweet dog but has serious health issues requiring daily steroids, frequently has digestive issues and diarrhea if not on prescription dog food, and can be aggressive with other dogs in some scenarios. We are so worried. We are offering a reward, $200, for her safe return. She is microchipped, Monterey Police Department and all local rescues have been contacted. We would love to hear from the woman who picked our girl up! Please share, thank you.
