paint touchups, caulk work. we have most or all of the paint but there could conceivably be the need to get a paint match if we don't have everyone we need. one example: new in-wall oven has been installed and the new one doesn't perfectly match sizing of last oven so patch work, caulk work and paint work required. other edge work or small fixes would be required.
