Black White and Tan border collie female. Went missing in the Big Hill neighborhood close to Brevard NC. She is very shy but super sweet. She might run so please be patient. She is new to this area. Has a leash on and a PRBCR (Phoenix Rising Border Collie Rescue) tag on. Her hair is a bit longer now than it is on the pictures. Please help us find her.
