Looking for a full time person to handle the majority of our mow jobs. Do you like the broncos? Unique opportunity available for the right candidate. Please come impress us! There is quite a bit of money to be be made for someone who is fast, thorough and can follow directions. We have some big clients and need only the best workers who are willing to give 100% We have a client that everyone wants- but our guys are not experienced enough to do, without being micro managed while keeping it profitable because 3 months of experience is not going to cut it on some of these jobs. Pay is per job- and if you are fast and efficient you will leave with a nice chunk of money every week plus bragging rights. Interview is this- we briefly speak- you show up tomorrow and are given a list of mows. You are timed on this list- huge plus if you have your own equipment- and then checked out. If it's done without me explaining edging, trimming, removing grass clippings off grass, cleaning up equipment before returning and being told to fix lawns then you will be hired as our gut. We do have the equipment to do the jobs if you don't- however it takes time every day to pick up and return equipment to our shop so if you have a mower, blower, edger and trimmer- you'll go to front of line. A truck is a huge plus or a trailer hitch is helpful. Houses are mapped out by distance generally and its just being self driven to hit them hard fast and right. When we don't have mowing jobs we do have full time landscaping on varied jobs available. First thing is being able to reply- please text me- we can chat on phone after texting.
