Hi our cat Otter is missing. He is grey with white on part of his face, on his chest and feet. He has extra toes on all 4 paw and is wearing a harness with a foothills tag on it with his rabies tag number. He is about 12 lbs (may be smaller now because he has been missing) we are anxious to get him home.
