Cat Needs a Good OUTDOOR Home

I'm rehoming my cat of 10 years. He was a shelter cat that had access to outdoors, and that's where he loves to be. My current community does not allow cats to roam free, so Luigi whines much of the day to go outside. As much as I want to keep him, he really needs to be an outdoor cat. Luigi is 10 years old, a beautiful, buff colored domestic long hair cat. He's very quiet most of the time, but friendly. Likes to be petted and loves head rubs. He and a younger cat I have get along fine and I'm sure he'd get along with young kids. I should also mention that several years ago Luigi stopped using the litter box; not a huge issue if he is an outdoor cat. He is current on all of his shots. Its important that he goes to a good home. I'd also like to be able to visit him occasionally. $65 rehoming fee (paid in cash) which I'll donate to the Brandywine SPCA.
