Press release from the Atlanta Police Department: 05/29/2021 211491672 On Saturday May 29, 2021 at around 7:40pm officers responded to a report of shots fired at Roswell Rd and Powers Ferry Rd in NE Atlanta. On scene officer spoke with the victim, an adult male, with a graze wound from a gunshot. The victim reported that he had been at the BP gas station at 3669 Powers Ferry Rd NE when he became involved in a verbal altercation with the suspect. During the dispute the suspect threatened to shoot the victim. Both parties exited the store and outside the suspect fired one shot at the victim. The suspect fled the scene in a vehicle. The victim received minor injury from the incident and detectives are working to identify the suspect.
