I would really like to incorporate more fresh fish into my diet. Before the lockdown a pescatarian supplier used to come by my place about once a month with delicious fresh fish but, as in the case of many small businesses, is no longer in operation. I really miss eating fresh fish since it was good for my health and also stimulated out flagging economy.
