Participate in a free fitness class offered by one of our certified instructors. Our classes are sponsored by the Boston Parks and Recreation Department, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, and the Boston Public Health Commission. Family Zumba gives you and your family a chance to be active together. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness — cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy, and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. While many of the types of dance and music featured in the program are Latin American inspired, this class also contains choreographed moves to Soca, Dancehall, Afrobeats, and Hip-hop.
