Need a retaining wall professional

I have had a retaining wall installed 2 times that has failed before it was finished. I stopped them the 1st time because they did not stagger the blocks or dig and compact any footings. Thie pics are from the 2nd attempt and while compacting the dg the wall has slid almost off its concrete footings. Maybe because the wall is hollow and is not connected at the corners. I need someone with complete extensive knowledge of these types of retaining walls to tell me if this wall is savable? or of course how to fix or rebuild it properly. I told both contractors I want this wall overbuilt to never have problems with it. I am ready to install fences down the side of my yard but can not until I get this wall done. Knowledge of what to do is much appreciated but I really need someone to fix or rebuild it correctly. I pay in cash and I am ready to hire. 80five four00 four594
