Participate in a free fitness class offered virtually by one of our certified instructors while in the comfort of your own home. Our classes are sponsored by the Boston Parks and Recreation Department, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, and the Boston Public Health Commission.
Join Susie on Sunday evenings for a great close to your weekend, and a nice start to your upcoming week. Susie’s classes are designed as slow flow vinyasa, providing ample time for movement and awareness of your body, but also providing time to work on stretching and more relaxing postures.
