Two baths in University Town Center. First is tub surround only. Set bathtub, connect over flow, add new valve and raise shower head, waterproof, tile 20 x 12 with one soap niche, schluter tile ends and around soap niche, grout. Second bath is floor, shower floor, and surround. Build curb and add membrane, add new valve and raise shower head, tile 4 x 16 with one soap niche, schluter, grout. Tile shower floor and bathroom floor with 8 x 8 pattern tile. Total tile is approximately 180 sq ft. We will buy material, you will pick up materials. Need to fill out a W-9 tax form.
