Have several jobs that need to be done. Can be by the same person or not. Just let me know which one(s) you are interested in when replying and your rate. Also, I prefer Sundays or it would have to be in the afternoon between Monday-Thursday.
a) Someone to do some work in the yard including clearing out back porch and garage, transfer items stored there to the backyard shed. Also do some yard clean up and use our lawnmower and weed wacker to clean the front lawn area. Estimated 2-4 hours job. Give me your per hour rate (per hour or per job).
b) Needs enclosed back porch screens repaired or replaced, also some window screens installed
c) Install shelving in the garage and in a few closets
d) Gutter cleaning
e) Windows cleaning and pressure washing the exterior of the house ( This one will be the last step of my renovation project and will be needed for the last week of June-Beginning of July)
