Looking for full time childcare

Finally going back to work after the shut down and I need a full time sitter/nanny. This position will start right away (I need someone starting Wednesday, short notice but necessary). One boy, 7 years old. He's doing hybrid learning, 2 days in school and 3 days at home until summer break. My schedule is 5 days on, 2 off and I'll be working either 5:30am to 2:30 pm or 1:30 pm to 10:30 pm, scheduled in advance so you always know what you'll be doing and when. My partner will be taking over when he gets off so most nights won't be any later than 7/8. My son is a pretty easy child but I need someone reliable that actually loves children. I would prefer someone come to our home. Full disclosure, we have followed pandemic protocols but have not and will not get vaccinated. Rate will be discussed but I cannot afford a ton. It is a huge inconvenience to lose a child care provider without notice and leaves me having to call into work, lose hours, put my job at risk and start the process over...please only message me if you're interested AND available.
