We are an established pool service and repair company serving the West Valley and we are looking to add another member to our team! We have dedicated, geologically based routes with pools close together. Most of our customers have been serviced by us, for years, so we have our pools dialed in and know them inside and out for easy weekly service. All of our customers our required to let us properly maintain their equipment, we don’t keep difficult pools with faulty equipment or especially a pool with a lack of proper landscaping care. We work as a team to keep pools maintained properly in every way, service, maintenance and customer service wise. We stay fully involved with the customers and pool techs to make sure everyone is satisfied on both sides. You will be servicing about 75 pools a week, around 15 pools per day, Monday-Friday. While servicing every pool, you will be using a GPS based app to make reports that take less than a minute a piece to check a few boxes and click “check out.” This gives each customer an emailed report letting them know we have finished servicing their pool. We service Goodyear, Litchfield Park, Avondale, Buckeye, Verrado and Estrella Mountain. Must have a reliable truck and a safe place to park with the equipment and chemicals left in truck throughout the week. You will not want to unload it and reload it all everyday, but it’s not that big of deal to unload it for the weekends as long as you have a garage or backyard to put it all in. Reliability is extremely important and you must be able to stick a timely, routine route at the same starting time, every weekday morning, Mon-Fri. The only days of the year we take off are, the entire week of Thanksgiving and the entire week of Christmas. There are no other days off unless previously requested or emergency’s. It’s ok to take other days off but they need to be planned ahead of time so we can cover your route that day. This is a basically a part time job with full time pay. Professional pool techs make between $20-$30 an hour. Experience preferred but we will train the right person. This is a long term position that you can depend on. With the excellent service we provide and positive rapport we have with everyone, we are constantly taking on new customers through word of mouth. Must have great customer service skills and be clean cut. Our company takes pride in being professional, reliable and courteous to our customers. You will be walking into people’s backwards and we need to be considerate to people’s private properties. They will get to know you and look forward to your arrival every week. You will not have to ring doorbells or call customers, they expect us to be there around the same time every week so they’re prepared for us. There will be dogs, but we love dogs and hope you do too.
