Join PTSD and Alcohol Use Disorder Research Study

Currently, two studies are recruiting to find the effectiveness of two investigational drugs on alcohol use disorder (AUD) coupled with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). This study has been reviewed and approved by NYU Langone Health Institutional Review Board Participants may be able to better manage symptoms of AUD and PTSD. Participants will be compensated for participating in this study, ranging from up to $440 or up to $975 depending on the study you participate in and how many appointments you complete. Learn More: Who can join? Adults aged 18 to 70 years old who are experiencing symptoms of stress after a traumatic event. Must have the desire to cut down on drinking. Must be able to attend all study visits at the research site over approximately 3 months.
