Please help find my Jack Russell Terrier

On the evening of Sunday May 30th I got separated from my 13yr old JRT while in the parking lot of Home Depot in Daly City. He was seen last night by several people running around the Westlake Village Apartments. His name is Rasper, he can't see very well anymore and he isn't very trusting of strangers. He is very nice however. He is wearing a collar with name tags and he is micro chipped as well. I've had him since he was 8 weeks old and he means the world to me. I'm offering a reward for finding him and calling me.
