Found: Female Blue Heeler Puppy Dog in Richardson

Description

Found a very docile female blue heeler puppy dog after it followed us on a walk for a long time in Richardson. She may be house trained but does not seem to respond to commands. Had fleas when we found her and a collar with no tag. She isn't chipped as well. Hoping to find an owner if she has one!
