Looking for farm house and land

Hello! My family and I are looking to by a modest home on 3+ acres. Our budgets is around $250,000. We would like to stay in northwest CT. Looking to expand into farming. We keep bees but are running out of space at our current location. We would like to plant a native orchard and edible landscape. I hav been looking on all the typical housing resources ( Zillow, realestate.com, etc.) but thought it might be worth it to catch the eye of someone on Craigslist who knows someone who is selling. Any info or leads would be greatly appreciated.
