Description
In search of a person in the western mass/ hilltown area (preferably between ages of 21-40) capable of driving a wheelchair accessible van approximately 1-2 times per week. Needs a current driver’s license and safe driving habits. Van is provided. Will be responsible for driving a man with a spinal cord injury in a power wheelchair, as well as his caregiver out into the community for quality of life activities. As he will have caregiver assistance, this person will be responsible only for driving to and from the location. Advance notice will be provided for scheduling the rides, as well as an estimation on time needed for the trip.
