Looking for a drummer for Jazz/Rock Project

I'm looking for a drummer to write songs and shed with. I am into Jazz/Rock/Pop styles, but am willing to play most genres. I play a few instruments, sing, and am fine writing songs or doing covers. An ideal situation would be one where each person showing up brings a few songs they want to do so it is democratic. Meeting at places like Music Garage or Mystery Street is fine.
