Looking for cleaners for our vacation rentals

We own 2 vacation rentals in Miramar Beach. We are looking for a company or a crew to clean them as needed throughout the year. Our rentals works great at any time of the year with over 90% occupancy with 4-10 checkouts per house every month. During summer we do Saturdays only. Must be able to: Clean at any day of the week. Pick up and drop off our laundry from laundry service. We are also open to you doing the laundry as an additional service (must take with you and bring for next time) Bring your own cleaning supplies. Be VERY detail oriented. Live close by with high availability Be able to clean up both houses in the same day with limited hours (between 10am check out and 5pm check in) Must be able to take pictures as needed Must be able to communicate in english (speaking and reading) Be comfortable with text messages and emails We provide all linens, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, soap and shampoo. You'll be responsible to make sure all is in place and let us know when we need to order more. We use a professional laundry service in Destin so you'll have to drop off dirty laundry and pick up fresh ones. (As above open for other options). We have several sets for each house so we always have fresh linens to use. Must be responsible enough to report damage, let us know when some linens or towels are due for replacement or if we need to send our handyman or upholstery cleaning for sofas. We expect detailed cleaning every time. That means, clean inside ovens and fridges, wipe out remotes, clean/dust decoration, TVs, plants and ceiling fans, vacuum inside sofas, clean drains from hair etc. You might need in some cases to put clean dishes back in place. We pay on time every time, always take care of our houses, replace often whatever needed and easy to communicate. If you are nothing less than super cleaner and very trustworthy please contact us.
