MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TRANSPORTATION — taking the bus will not work. In need of a few laborers and skilled tradesmen. We do all kinds of work: remodels, decks, fences, ground-up construction, landscaping, masonry, painting, etc. We do not discriminate nor tolerate it. We welcome all genders and races. Experience is not needed for the laborer position but hard work and an eagerness to learn is essential. We are not looking for an “expert” just hard a worker. The ability to take and follow direction is key. If you are a skilled tradesmen you’ll need to prove it in action, not with a sales pitch. You’ll also still need to take and follow directions — doesn’t matter how much experience you have you will be expected to follow directions without debating them. Experience in masonry and/or carpentry are ideal. THE WORK IS LABOR INTENSIVE. Please do not respond to this ad if you’re not in the physical shape to handle 8 hours of hard work in the sun. Must show up on time. Must have transportation. Must work hard for your pay — not paying people just to show up. You WILL get paid well IF you work well. Looking for a hard worker — not someone to do sales or client relations. Please do not respond if you want to talk more than you work. Your first day pay is $15/hour — unless you prove your work is worth more the first day — then you’ll get $20/hr. Pay will go up from there depending on six things: — Taking direction — doing what you are asked to do without discussion and accomplishing the task well — Working hard and accomplishing a lot — Reliability — Respectful attitude — Consistency — Skill and ability —Working/accomplishing tasks when left alone If you meet those 6 things you’ll be making $30/hr or more.
