Need caulking and painting done right

I need someone to caulk new siding sheets neatly and then paint as needed. If you've never done this please don't reply. I'm looking for a nice clean caulking job and I'll be able to tell pretty quickly if it's done right. I'm a contractor with a deadline and need someone asap. If your caulking skills aren't adequate you'll be asked to leave within the first hour unpaid. If they are then I'm willing to pay cash today. $13 per hour cash. I have other jobs as well and good work will likely result in much more work in the near future
