$17 – $24 per hour, PTO after 90 days We are hiring a maintenance worker for our cannabis grow warehouse. This person will be willing to grow as we grow. You will inspect a variety of equipment and perform any basic repairs or preventative maintenance. To do well in this role you should have previous experience in maintenance, be skilled with various hand tools, power tools and be able to read and comprehend instructions and repair manuals. Duties will include but are not limited to: Driving and maintaining forklift. Install, maintain and trouble shoot all light fixtures, irrigation system and various equipment used in grow facility. Overall general maintenance, electrical, plumbing, framing, dry wall and painting. Experience in repairing machines and equipment. Safe handling of hand tools and power tools. Follow verbal & written instructions. Perform necessary cleaning activities. Oversee contractors when professional repairs are needed. Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic devices. Collaborate with other workers and professionals during renovations and facility expansions. Assist with plants as needed. Requirements: Valid Driver’s License Ability to obtain OLCC permit. Ability to deal with difficult people and situations calmly and effectively. Able to lift heavy objects and continually reach, twist, kneel and turn. Flexible schedule
