This is daytime work not a night or after work position. I am a landlord with 15 apartments in the City of Albany between Albany Med and St Peters hospitals. I am a dependable person and looking for the same. I need someone who is a self starter to work for me part time days as an independent contractor. You MUST live in Albany and MUST have a vehicle because you will need to pick up and deliver building materials to the job locations. You MUST have a reliable cell phone with good picture and text capabilities.. This is day work with flexible daytime hours, not a night job, not an after your day work job. This could be a long term part time position and for the right person. You will need to have your own tools and knowledge of and experience in general carpentry, painting, scraping, sheetrock, wall repair, faucet, sink and toilet repairs, minor roof repair and leak damage repair, minor plumbing, repair of copper piping, minor electrical, replacement of switches, outlets and light fixtures, etc. Maybe for additional income you can provide lawn care, cut grass, weed whack, pull weeds, mulch, snow blowing and shoveling. I offer $14-$20per hour depending on experience. Of course no smoking, drinking, swearing or drug use on the job or on my properties.
