The term self care is overused. We’re reclaiming it, redefining it, and changing the playing field for who can actively partake in true, meaningful self care. We are creating a highly experiential environment where badassery meets soul in east Austin, TX and need people who want to start a project from the ground up to help us bring the vision to life. At launch, we are hosting 8-10 private events in our fully built out salon space throughout the month of June and are looking for nail techs who want to supplement their income and get a feel for working in a new kind of salon space throughout the month. After that, if both parties feel it's a good fit, the opportunity for full time employment as a Cureist nail tech will become available, along with all the benefits that come with it! We are not your traditional salon and have created a self care program that not only doesn’t exist in Austin, but anywhere else in the country. Who are you? Fiercely responsible, passionate about your development and personal growth, and eager to have a seat at the table of a brand new concept in East Austin. Licensed and experienced as a nail tech with 2-5 years of experience (either freelance or in a traditional salon) Driven by providing exceptional client experiences, creating genuine human connections with your clients as well as your co-workers, and not afraid to give feedback on areas that can be improved. Interested in working somewhere that’s doing things a little differently. Water free services, a fun assortment of up and coming product lines, continuing education, and membership packages for full books to name a few. Drama free. We do honest, open feedback. We do not gossip, talk about clients, talk about each other, or say anything we wouldn’t say constructively to someone’s face. If you’re over the sass, we’re where it’s at.
