Let’s be honest; the last year has been a bit challenging for a lot of us. Long days, non-stop phones, a huge demand for our services, and emergency practice overflow patients that need our help. We’ve experienced many of the same stressors but we have navigated them with the help of an amazing team and if you asked our team, most (maybe all) would say we have maintained our work-life balance through it all. Most support staff leave 15 minutes after closing or less. Our reception team is stable and filled with rock stars who actively support the medical team. Our technical team has synergy, talent, and a pretty darn funny sense of humor. Our clients are amazing. Seriously amazing. They appreciate our team and understand the current challenges we work under, and in the last year, we have forged stronger bonds than ever with them. Our doctors (5 women, zero Prima Donnas) are incredible to work with. Not only are they extremely gifted, they are empowering, fun, and easy to work with. Our manager has an open-door policy and will always give her full attention to you when you want to talk. We take pride in our healthy culture and we won’t sacrifice it for anything because we care about every person on this team, both here and at home. Some details of the position include; 30-40 hours a week. Mainly surgical duties ( client check-in, pre-med, IV cath, induction, monitoring, recovery, etc.) and potentially taking some appointments for variety. Competitive wages and benefits.
