Full- or Part-time | Preferred Hours – Weekdays 5am-1pm | Competitive Wage Based on Experience What You’ll Be Doing: Provide regular maintenance and cleaning in our 10,000 sq. ft. Lodge, 6 indoor courts, 7 outdoor courts, and center grounds. What You’ll Bring to Us: – Ability to work independently. – Takes initiative as a problem-solver. – Some experience in cleaning, maintenance, and light duty mechanical repairs. Responsibilities: • Work in a team with other coworkers to maintain the operation, cleanliness, and function of the clubs indoor and outdoor property. • Cleaning and maintenance of the Tennis Lodge: o Cleaning restroom, and all surfaces in 10,000 sq foot club house. • Cleaning and maintaining the indoor tennis courts: o All surface areas to be cleaned and declutter for safe operation. • Restock all supplies in club house and courts • Maintain the operation of all mechanical equipment, tools and hardware. • Use all tractor, lawn equipment and electrical tools in a safe manner • Communicate safety issues, repair issues and supplies needed in a timely manner • Maintain a clean work environment and professional attitude Requirements: • Preferred experience with maintenance, cleaning and repair of facilities. • Ability to use or learn to use all types of gas powered, electrical or hand tools at the facility. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. if necessary • Ability and willingness to work indoor and outdoor with varying hours • Ability to help organize and keep supplies, tools and equipment stored in good order. • Preferred work hours are weekdays from 5AM – 1 PM weekdays Benefits: • Hourly compensation based on experience • Perks and discounts in the Pro Shop and free membership • Flexible time off when necessary
