Description
BEFORE YOU FLAG THIS, CAN YOU PLEASE SEND ME AN EMAIL AND TELL ME WHY? (CL emails are anonymous) THIS AD IS TOTALLY TRUTHFUL AND IS NOT A SCAM AND COMPLIES WITH ALL CL RULES (as far as I know) ************* This is Mason. He is my foster dog from the Maricopa County Animal Shelter (A4590210). I picked him up Friday after his neuter surgery. Mason is an amazing dog. The shelter has him down as a one year old Golden Retriever mix or Yellow Lab mix. Either way, you can’t really go wrong breed wise. I personally think he is an English Cream Golden Retriever Mix. In person Mason still has some puppy fat in his face and paws that look like they still need to be grown into. This leads me to believe he might also be a little younger than a year. Mason is a clean slate training wise but seems to learn fast. He didn’t know any commands when I got him, but now he gets the idea of sit, shake, down and no. He learned how to walk on a leash and does excellent. (No pulling) He is very sweet and has a lot of potential. He is a playful dog and loves squeak toys. I love dogs Mason’s age because they are past that annoying puppy stage. Mason is ok with guys but is more comfortable around ladies. Mason tested well with other dogs at the shelter, but he really wants to chase my little dog; so he is probably not a good match for you if there are small animals or cats in your home. There is an adoption fee that is set by the county, but the fee includes all his shots, his neuter surgery, a microchip, a year of licensing and a free vet check up. It is really quite an amazing bargain. I am just a volunteer at the shelter, so anything Maricopa County Animal care and Control says takes precedence over anything I have posted. The shelter thinks Mason would be a good dog for someone who has already had dogs before. You can find out more details about Mason by googling "Maricopa County Animal Care and Control adoptable pets" he is listed on the last page. If you think Mason might be right for you, send me an email/text/call. We can setup a meeting time for you to meet him. Oh, Mason weighs 59 pound. If you want a smaller dog, or your heart is big enough for two dogs, his little sister Madison is still at the shelter (A4590212)
