Female bearded dragon w/ Health needs

Got a female bearded dragon, about 7 or 8 years old that I need to find a new home for. Wasn't mine to begin with, and can no longer take care of. Has a tumor on head and vet doesn't recommend any intervention for it. Would like a possible rescue or someone who is very knowledgeable of reptiles/beardies.
