Must have Valid ID and working Cellphone. Wait at location 5:00am to 8:30am. Then returning to the store to make the purchase of one product. 2-4 hours each day! Vouchers will be presented to those first in line at a present time. After those vouchers are received, Then you will have approximately an hour and a half window of free time.
