Please do not rent from this management company. They are one of the shadiest and one of the most evil property management companies in San Francisco. They are notoriously known to many tenants and tenant advocates for how they treat tenants and are notoriously known for their unethical/shady practices. They are rude and abusive to tenants. Their property managers never answer their phones, they do not respond to voicemails and they ignore legitimate tenant emails. Tenant advocates throughout the city are aware of these crooks/assholes. It's a nightmare dealing with them. They also intimidate and bully tenants. Stay as far as away from them. They will make your life miserable. They are located at 714 Van ness ave and have numerous tenant grievances against them from numerous tenants.
