Need asap plumbing work: -I have a leak coming through the outside of the house where the hose hookup faucet is. Need someone to go under crawl space, locate the leak and fix. Afterwards what is needed: -fix the sun shade tarp. Need to reattach the suspension string to existing beams, add additional suspension string to the house (Must have drill that goes through cinderblock like material) and make sure it is extremely sturdy -fix boards and re screw boards on the deck that are coming loose or warping. -install an exhaust fan over the stove (Must remove the microwave and small cabinet already above stove) -Install a sink in the back yard with a garbage disposal (will need to purchase sink at home depot or somewhere) -fix our ring toss game, we need a new piece of wood (will show you in person, real easy job once you see it) -remove unneeded wood and install a wood beam for a hammock. Also get the square wood beams set up to install a projector screen Look for quotes and proper time-frame for work. Please be professional, Craigslist can bring a lot of unprofessional people out. If you are a druggie or just unprofessional, please save us both the time. Please have reasonable quotes.
