Come Join Chef Taylor West of Denver Sushi House & friends with their DIM SUM SERVICE! 11 different types of dim sum! Chef Taylor West & Friends will be hosting a special tasting SERVICE focusing on DIM SUM! Indoor and Patio Seating available. Your $10 Table Reservation will go towards the food and drink of your choosing. We accept walk-ins as well but we do expect a full taproom. Guests will have Several  Styles of DIM SUM to choose from. Each style will display the creative uses of sake products that Colorado Sake Company has to offer, and the utilization of ingredients from Chef Taylor West bringing together a unique experience located at the north end of RiNo. Meat Dumplings: 3 Pieces for $9 - $12 Veggie Dumplings: 3 Pieces for $6 - $8 We are Colorado's only sake brewery/taproom. We've got all kinds of flavors for every type of pallet. From our Shochu (Collaberation with Ironton Distillery), to our American Standard, and every infusion you can think of we've got your sake fix.
