The lecture will be held on Sunday, June 13 at the Lido Beach Synagogue at 8:00PM on the topic of “The Need to Return to Normalcy.” The lecture will be held on Sunday, June 13 at the Lido Beach Synagogue at 8:00PM on the topic of “The Need to Return to Normalcy.” It will feature Dr. David Pelcovitz, Rabbi Dr. Aaron Glatt and Mrs. Leah Girnun. They are noted experts in the medical, psychological, and pedagogical factors that the community faces as the country emerges from the pandemic. The panel discussion will be recorded and available for other synagogues around the country. Subsequent lectures will feature relevant discussions revolving around synagogue functions, including the importance of kiddush from a socializing perspective, the role of Tefillah and music, and how synagogues are a pillar of Torah and Chesed (charity).
